How to apply for a Record Suspension Tutorial — Chapter 3

This video tutorial is organized into chapters (1-7) and explains how to complete an application for a record suspension step-by-step. Applicants should follow along with a copy of the official Parole Board of Canada’s Record Suspension Application Guide.

The Parole Board of Canada is the official and only federal agency responsible for ordering, denying and revoking record suspensions under the Criminal Records Act (CRA).

You can submit your application directly to the Parole Board of Canada. The cost to apply is $631, payable by credit card, or by certified cheque, bank draft or money order (made out to the Receiver General for Canada).
