How to fix screen flickering problem on Windows 10

Check out Task Manager

To resolve the screen flickering problem, you first need to identify the problematic driver or incompatible application causing the problem.

To check, open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc , right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager or type task manager in the search box on the taskbar.

When Task Manager opens, observe the screen to see which parts are blinking. If Task Manager flashes, the problem is with the monitor driver. If it all flickers, but the Task Manager window doesn’t, then the problem is with an incompatible app.

Troubleshooting screen flickering with NVIDIA graphics card
