To day, I’ll show you video [How to hold the grip] Eastern Grip
On this session I’d like to tell you how to grip a racket which is the most basic part of badminton.
Do not overlook this as basics are the most important in sports.
First, grip means to hold a racket.
There are two kinds of grip; eastern grip and western grip.
Eastern grip is a way to hold the racket vertically to the ground and as if you are shaking hands with the grip.
Anatomically you can move your wrist freely making it use full to hit strong strokes.
If you get used to eastern grip you will be able to use both front and back side of the racket at your will thus making this grip very efficient.
