– Have a partner hold above the ankles for support
– Can use a low hanging surface/pad if available
– Start on knees with an upright posture
– Keep hips extended

0:50 Exercise
– Lower body down slowly and use hands to land on floor then push up as much needed
– Try not to rely on pressing up with hands too much as you progress
